Service Description
In short, we won't ever upcharge for specific tasks that need done. Blinds? Oven interior? Laundry/Folding? Dishes? NONE of this will ever be a specific, separate charge. The prices seen (minus tax) are ALL-IN prices. We bring all our own supplies and payment is not required until the end of the day on the day of service. That being said, it is crucial to provide full detail to either our estimate tool, a staff member at (832) 779-3540, or HDirectCleaning@gmail.com. If for instance a 4-hour booking is made based on your, or an H Direct Cleaning employee's opinion. If upon arrival the state of the home is much worse than described, or the scope of the work is wider than expected, and it is not realistic to complete the amount of work in the set amount of time, we will either not be able to complete all work, or need to extend the time, thus increasing the price of the invoice. This is a subjective estimate. You may think one person can clean a certain amount, in a certain amount of time. We are ultimately the experts and unless an extenuating circumstance exists, our opinion is the decider. We ALWAYS strive to be as efficient, thorough, and give our clients great service for a great price. If you do notice work was purposefully being done slow or not efficiently, it should be immediately reported to (832) 779-3540. Further, the hours booked are for total working hours. The longest we typically have one person on a job is 6 hours. So, if you are to book a 6 hour cleaning, it will be one Cleaning Pro for 6 hours. If you are to book an 8 hour cleaning, it would typically be 2 staff members for 4 hours each. If there are any comments, questions, concerns please message or call (832) 779-3540. Cancellation Policy
H Direct Cleaning Policy Allergy Alert: Clients must notify us of any allergies to cleaning products before the service. If no information is provided, we are not liable for allergic reactions. Special requests must be communicated in advance. Service Details & Price Adjustments: Accurate descriptions of the cleaning area are necessary for proper service and pricing. If the conditions or scope differ significantly (e.g., home size, cleanliness, or additional services), we may adjust the price or decline the service. Access to Property: Clients must ensure safe, timely access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays or denied entry may result in rescheduling fees or cancellation. We will not enter homes with unrestrained pets or unsafe conditions. Booking & Cancellations: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or modifications must be made 48 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur additional charges. Payments: Payment is due by the end of the day of service via cash, credit, or debit card. Late payments may incur penalties, and repeated late payments may lead to refusal of future services. Damage & Liability: We take care with your property but are not liable for damages to fragile or unsecured items or items already damaged. Please notify us of any valuables so we can take precautions. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll address the issue case-by-case. Hazardous Conditions: We are not equipped to handle hazardous materials like animal waste or bloodborne pathogens. We reserve the right to terminate service if such conditions are present. Pet Policy: All pets in the space, present now or within the last 6 months, must be reported. Pets that pose a risk must be secured. Their presence may impede cleaning or create safety concerns. Scope of Work: Our services are based on hourly rates at booking. Additional services or tasks requested on-site may incur extra fees. Please estimate the necessary hours realistically; for example, deep cleaning a 5,000-square-foot home will need more than 2 hours. Use our website’s tool or call (832) 779-3540 for assistance.
